This XL sized Arched Cabin is great for families requiring more bedrooms, people wanting more upstairs headroom, those with minimum square footage restrictions on their lots, or anyone wanting a fully usable second floor. This sized Arched Cabin is great for families requiring more bedrooms, people wanting to live on the main floor only, those with minimum square footage restrictions on their lots, or anyone hoping to keep large machines tuned up indoors or stored out of the elements. Due to the shorter design of this arch’s profile, it tends to score lower on structural calculations for snow and wind ratings etc. It also has less usable square footage as compared to the 24 ft wide models. We do not recommend this model for high altitude or other high wind and snow load requirements. Please contact us to discuss which option is best for you.

This XL sized Arched Cabin is a whopping 6 feet taller than the standard 30 foot wide kit. It answers the needs of anyone who wanted more space in the loft/second story of their homes as well as anyone in extreme climate zones or in areas with extremely high snow load/wind rating requirements. The tubing used for the ribs is bigger and offers both extra size and strength. This sized kit could even accommodate a third story loft.

- Shipping is calculated from zip code 77429 and is $2.50 /mile for standard kits up to 24 feet in length, and $3.00 /mile for kits over 24 feet in length. 24XL kits ship at $3.00 per mile and 30XL kits ship at $3.50 a mile. Our minimum shipping charge is $500. Bundled shipping for 2 or more kits: additional kits under 12’ long ship for $0.50 a mile, and additional kits 14’ – 40’ long ship for $1/mile. Bulk shipping rates are quoted on a case by case basis. Shipping rates are subject to market fluctuations but we’ve yet to have to change them after date of deposit. Click here for a quote.
- We require a 50% down payment to begin production of your kit. The remaining 50% is due one week before your pickup or shipping date.
- If the customer needs to cancel their order for any reason after the date of deposit, Arched Cabins will retain a 15% restocking fee from the total invoice amount. If the customer needs to cancel their order for any reason after 14 days from the date of deposit, Arched Cabins will retain a 20% restocking fee from the total invoice amount. If the customer needs to cancel their order for any reason after 30 days from the date of deposit, Arched Cabins will not issue any refund.
